Do I Need To Create An Account To Place An Order?

How To Use Promotion Codes?

Any promotional discounts will be shown in the Order Summary section.

Please verify your billing information, choose a payment method.
If you have a Promotion/Discount Code, enter it into the "Discount Code" text box and press "Apply".
Remember, codes are case-sensitive.
Promotional codes must be entered one at a time. Using multiple codes might cancel out previously applied promotions.
Promotional codes can be used up to the total value of your order.
If the code is accepted, you'll see it in the promotional code box, and the discount will be reflected in the order summary. If you add or remove a promotional code, the order summary will update accordingly.
If the code is not accepted, you'll see a message saying "Enter a valid discount code" This could be due to several reasons:

  • The code is outside the valid dates.
  • The code is for one-time use, and you’ve already used it.
  • The code was mistyped.
  • The purchase amount doesn’t meet the code’s threshold.

How To Return An Item?

At Vinzora, we know that shopping online can be challenging, especially for first-time buyers. It’s hard to be sure if a product is perfect without seeing it in person. That’s why we offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it by following the guidelines below.

How to Return an Item

  • The product must be in its original, factory-sealed condition. We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or damaged after purchase.
  • Place the product in its original shipment packaging.
  • Include a copy of your packing slip (if provided) or your confirmation email.
  • Ensure the package is securely sealed to prevent any damage during shipping.
  • Keep the tracking number provided by the carrier, as it may be needed for any refund or replacement inquiries.
  • Please note that return shipping fees are your responsibility. For safety, we recommend using an insured mail service.
  • Once your return is received at our warehouse, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to appear.

  • If you've received a damaged or defective item and prefer a refund, you can return it to us by courier. Please contact us for assistance, and we'll arrange the return at no cost to you.

  • Place the product in its original packaging.
  • Attach the return label to the outside of the box.

How Long Does It Take To Receive An Item?
